This is my second mat, so that I can properly cover my carpeted living room and create a comfy, safe, and washable play area. We've had our first mat for months, and it has saved our carpet and my little ones knees dozens of times.
My favorite unexpected benefit is the mat is just awesome for yoga, and big enough for both me and my little one to do downward dogs! Not that that's happening very often, but the option is really nice.
It's done super well. Very robust, washable, and tolerant of whatever my toddler throws at it!
